This form is to submit a request for support from The Pearland Innovation Hub's (PIH) Pro-Active Coach Network. Please take your time to fill out this form with as much detail as possible. This will ensure you are matched with a Coach that best aligns with your needs. 

Selection Criteria:

• Existing or Aspiring Small Business Owners (SBOs): Must be a SBO based on the the Pearland Innovation Hub's Definition - A small business is an organization that is “small” in employees (less than 200) and/or revenue (less than $3M), which offers a product, service, or process. A small business may or may not have the intention to grow, but currently has a small number of employees, smaller revenue, and has taken limited investor financial risk* in the formation, operation, or expansion of their business.

*Limited risk refers to placing an investor in situations where they are aware of the maximum level of loss they may be exposed to before they even enter into a position.
